Account deletion

Delete your Billnix account and app data

The fastest and most complete path is inside the Billnix app after Google sign-in. It lets you confirm ownership, delete the account and saved app data, remove backup copies used for restore, and wipe this device after deletion finishes.

Delete in the app

  1. 1 Open Billnix and sign in with Google to the account you want deleted.
  2. 2 Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.
  3. 3 Choose Delete account and app data.
  4. 4 Read the warning, confirm the required checkboxes, type DELETE, and complete the Google confirmation.

What deletion covers

  • Your Billnix account and sign-in record
  • Saved bills, subscriptions, categories, reminders, and linked reminder channels
  • Backup copies used for restore
  • App data on the device when deletion is completed from inside the app

If you cannot access Billnix

Email us from the address linked to your Billnix sign-in, or include that sign-in email in the message. Use the subject "Billnix account deletion request". We may ask for extra verification before deleting account data.

Important notes

Deleting your Billnix account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges.

Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

A web request can delete account data Billnix controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have. Remove the app or use the in-app deletion flow for device cleanup.
